SHIPPING POLICY
Photogem is committed to delivering your personalized photographic jewellery with care and efficiency. Our shipping methods are designed to ensure the safe and secure delivery of your precious pieces. We believe in transparent pricing and aim to keep shipping costs as reasonable as possible, allowing you to enjoy your Photogem creations without any hidden expenses.
Your completed Photogem will be beautifully packaged and sent within 14 days from your order. You have a choice of shipping carriers which you can select within the product ordering process.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At Photogem, we want you to be delighted with your unique photographic jewellery. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy ensures a hassle-free process for you. We are dedicated to building trust and confidence, providing you with the peace of mind that comes with knowing you can shop at Photogem with assurance.
Once you have uploaded your image or illustration to Photogem you will receive a confirmation email with an example of what your Photogem will look like.
Once you confirm that you are happy with your choice of photograph or illustration the process to create your Photogem will begin. At this point there are no returns unless you find fault with the metal component of your item. If for some reason you find fault with the metal for example a broken besel. Photogem will be refund or replace the item.
Can I change my photogem?
No refunds or exchanges are offered on any piece of Photogem jewellery that has a finished and sealed photograph, illustration, ash or hair inside. It is very important that the purchaser ensures that they have confirmed the correct image to be used in their Photogem. The purchaser has twenty four hours after confirmation to contact Photogem to change their image choice once they receive their confirmation email with their image selection. Photogem is not responsible for incorrect images being sent.
