TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR PHOTOGEM's WEBSITE
Photogem wants to ensure that the information you share with us is maintained safely and securely on the internet. These terms and conditions cover how we use your personal information.
Photogem uses a number of safety precautions to protect your personal information from unauthorised use. We only store this information for a limited time. Photogem does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of the information you submit.
Photogem only uses your personal information for administration purposes, and to perform general market analyses, such as purchasing behaviour.
Photogem will not disclose your personal information, including your email address, to any third party. And Photogem does not give other companies access to your registered information.
1. Personal information Photogem collects
To fulfil your order, you must provide Photogem with certain information (which you authorised Shopify to provide to Photogem), such as your name, email address, postal address, payment information, and the details of the product that you’re ordering. You may also choose to provide Photogem with additional personal information (for a custom order of jewellery, for example), if you contact Photogem directly.

We rely on a number of legal bases to collect, use, and share your information, including:
as needed to provide my services, such as when we use your information to fulfil your order, to settle disputes, or to provide customer support;
when you have provided your affirmative consent, which you may revoke at any time, such as by signing up for my mailing list;
